Mas nem todas as v\u00e1lvulas de isolamento s\u00e3o iguais. O Instituto Americano de Petr\u00f3leo (API) define padr\u00f5es espec\u00edficos na norma API 6D para categorizar essas v\u00e1lvulas. Essa configura\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 comum em v\u00e1lvulas de esfera com munh\u00e3o, pois elas permanecem fixas enquanto as sedes se movem contra elas para criar uma veda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O que \u00e9 Double Isolation and Bridge (DIB)?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A v\u00e1lvula DIB \u00e9 um componente exclusivo utilizado em sistemas de tubula\u00e7\u00e3o. Trata-se de uma v\u00e1lvula de dois est\u00e1gios que permite o r\u00e1pido fechamento de fluidos perigosos, combinando isolamento e al\u00edvio de press\u00e3o em uma \u00fanica opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Isso \u00e9 poss\u00edvel gra\u00e7as \u00e0s sedes com Efeito de Pist\u00e3o Duplo (DPE). Ou seja, se a sede a montante falhar, a sede a jusante ainda consegue suportar a press\u00e3o, oferecendo uma camada extra de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A v\u00e1lvula DIB \u00e9 normalmente utilizada na ind\u00fastria de petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s, em instala\u00e7\u00f5es de armazenamento refrigerado, em diversas usinas nucleares e em processos industriais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DIB-1 (Ambos os assentos s\u00e3o DPE)&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na configura\u00e7\u00e3o DIB-1, tanto a sede da v\u00e1lvula a montante quanto a sede a jusante possuem efeito de pist\u00e3o duplo.
